Mechanical design is the next step in this process. Our very detail-oriented mechanical engineering team develops a solution to meet the specific challenges of each task and develops the layout and design of the overall system.

CONTROLS DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING

All of our applications are unique and specific to the task at hand. Our in-house team of highly skilled engineers custom-write control software solutions. These solutions accurately run and safeguard the systems by utilizing consistency in program foundation, style and numbering scheme.

ROBOT DESIGN AND PROGRAMMING

Our team of FANUC trained robot program engineers write and develop custom robotic code to develop your unique solution for the task at hand. We study the reach, payload and cycle times to select the proper robot to meet your needs. Next we simulate this process to prove the results and to confirm feasibility.

The coordination of all these disciplines provides the individual pieces for an overall cohesive solution.

Our Process

INFORMATION GATHERING

This step includes figuring out which problems need to be solved and discuss the current process. We will obtain the project specifications, floor layout, product variations, cycle times and any other information deemed necessary to the project. We will evaluate the tasks and narrow down any restrictions while we investigate any potential environmental interactions with equipment or people. The more information we can gather during this stage in the process, the better.

CONCEPTS AND IDEAS

During this part of the process, we discuss potential solutions internally. We then provide our results to you while discussing future scenarios, costs and the possibility for future enhancements.

FORMAL PROPOSAL

Based on final concept, we will provide you with the cost to make it happen.

CLIENT REVIEW

The client is able to review expectations and responsibilities.

PROJECT LAUNCH

During this time, we use use project planning and collaborative Gantt charts to keep you updated with progressive project milestones. We'll keep you updated every step of the way. You'll never be left in the dark.

INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

We'll provide the training your team needs to create effective and safe environments.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT

Once the installation is done, our job is far from over. We provide system health checkups and remote training and assistance when needed.
